We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
Tags must be intact
A full unboxing video is mandatory (from package seal to product reveal)
You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

💰 Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved:
Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days
Payment is refunded to your original method (or bank account for COD orders)
